PagerDuty Toolkit

Arcade's PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty to query and manage incidents, on-call schedules, teams, services, and escalation policies via the PagerDuty API.

Capabilities

  • Incident management — retrieve, list, filter, acknowledge, resolve, reopen, and reassign incidents; update statuses without side-channel changes.
  • Activity and audit — stream the account-wide log/activity feed showing triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions.
  • On-call and scheduling — list on-call entries, schedules, and escalation policies with optional filters.
  • People and teams — list or fuzzy-search users by name/email, list teams with members and linked resources, and resolve the authenticated user's own profile.
  • Services — list or look up individual services by ID or name search.

OAuth

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via Arcade's PagerDuty auth provider. Users authorize via PagerDuty's OAuth flow; Arcade manages token acquisition and refresh automatically.

See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for configuration details: https://docs.arcade.dev/en/references/auth-providers/pagerduty
